We had an unforgettable family vacation at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely attentive, always making sure we felt welcome. Our family had a fantastic experience at the Grand Mirage Bali. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the pools were perfect for our kids. While the kids suite accommodation we started in was not what we expected and had some issues, moving to an interconnecting room in the main resort truly heightened our experience. The dining options were excellent overall, although a few buffet prices felt a bit steep. The location provided easy access to nearby dining options, but it can get noisy at times due to nearby events.
