We had an unforgettable family vacation at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely attentive, always making sure we felt welcome. We loved the kids' suite, though it had a few quirks. The food was excellent, especially with the all-inclusive package. However, there were some minor inconveniences that kept this from being a perfect experience, like a few maintenance issues. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return!

Our family had a fantastic experience at the Grand Mirage Bali. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the pools were perfect for our kids. While the kids suite accommodation we started in was not what we expected and had some issues, moving to an interconnecting room in the main resort truly heightened our experience. The dining options were excellent overall, although a few buffet prices felt a bit steep. The location provided easy access to nearby dining options, but it can get noisy at times due to nearby events.
