The staff was friendly and helpful. our room was always super clean and well-kept. i especially appreciated the variety of dining options. There was something for everyone. the lazy river was a hit, my kids enjoyed floating around all day!
I noticed a few mosquitoes in the evenings. Some insect repellent would have been handy.

our family studio bunk bed was spacious and very clean. the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! the bathroom included all necessary amenities and fresh towels were provided daily, it was all great.

the resort is located near various restaurants and shops. it's a short walk to the beach! transportation to nearby attractions is readily available, and i could travel very quickly. i appreciated the convenience.

i really loved the location it had. we were able to just walk out and find little shops and feel bali's true vibe. the adult only infinity pool was so sweet with views of the ocean and a lazy river, just perfect for us. the breakfast buffet offered such a wide choice, it really was a highlight of our mornings. the staff, and our newly redone room with pool access was heaven.
there was some work being done on one of the wings, but it didn't really bother us much at all. i barely noticed it.

The staff were always so helpful and kind, always there to help us with any request we had, from getting extra towels to arranging transport. They really go above and beyond. we feel so cared for.

the location was wonderful for exploring local shops and sights, it was so easy to get out and see the real bali. the proximity to the beach also added that extra magic to every day, we loved the walks.

The breakfast buffet had anything we could imagine, it was a feast for the eyes. restaurants offered amazing food, especially the local dishes. Each meal seemed like a romantic culinary adventure we took together.

Our room was a dream, so clean and with beautiful decor, we reminded me of we were in a little love nest. the pool access was a delight. We were able to start our days with a gentle swim and end them the same way.
